location is good, cleanliness not so much
dirty room walls super small room
the hotel's location was pretty good, very close to the metro.
The room walls felt REALLY dirty. scratch marks were all over the walls. the room itself was super small. There wasn't enough space to open my suitcase fully. this made packing and unpacking a real pain.

charmed stay!
helpful staff convenient location bright rooms refreshing space
the hotel was convenient for both shopping and dining. it was just a two-minute walk from the b2 exit of the station! i also appreciated how the staff helped me book reservations for a local show i wanted to see, super helpful, they really were really nice. the hotel provides a bright atmosphere too because the rooms were well-lit.
one slight issue was the smell of cigarette smoke sometimes in the lobby! though there was a designated smoking room, the scent occasionally drifted. i did detect it but it was not persistent.

this hotel is situated very close to the subway, which makes traveling around the city easy. many restaurants and convenience stores are nearby, thus providing easy access to food and other essentials. the hotel is a short walk from the station too.

great location in-room laundry friendly staff
The hotel is close to the subway station. it's within a vibrant area, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. the in-room washing machine was very useful. It reduced my packing needs. the staff was friendly and accommodating. i had breakfast included. There was a mix of western and japanese options.
the room was very small, just for sleeping, and the walls had scuff marks from luggage.

What options are available for rooms that need to accommodate young children? Are connecting rooms required?

For children under elementary school age, one room suffices. However, for children in elementary school, two rooms are needed for adequate sleeping arrangements. Is there a washing machine in the room or any laundry facilities in the hotel?

Each room type, except for casual single rooms, includes a washer-dryer unit. No public laundry facilities are available on-site. Is it possible to add an extra bed for a toddler during our stay, and are baby cots available?

Extra beds cannot be added, so the toddler would need to sleep in the existing bed. Bed guards are available for rent. Do you have interconnecting rooms available for families traveling with teenagers?
